Please ask about the special furnitures before the quotation.

Install a “professional floor mat” on the floor before moving to prevent scratches.
Install a “protective equipment” on the door before moving to prevent scratches.
Mattress and sofas are guaranteed using dedicated covers.

We provide an all-inclusive price based on your inventory and the distance you’re traveling, with no hidden fees or surprise costs.
All price is include toll fee.
All moving have four mover in a team.

Please remember to packing & unpacking / cleaning & arranging is completed by customer.
In the following cases, the customer is responsible for the damage.
- Gom moving man will only help Hauling, loading and unloading with you.
  (Furniture assemble, disassemble are included.)
- In the case where Gomcargo is packing because the customer is not packing.(Additional cost incurred.)
The customer is responsible for damage to the goods that occur during “self-packing” except for vehicle operation and gommoving transport.
Expensive moving goods over $ 200 must be notified in advance.
In order to prevent loss of moving goods, a customer must be in the field.
It is difficult to repair/compensate for minor scratches or breakages at the level of live scratches.
